This has to be my best travel experience to date! The entire Rollin’ in Costa Rica team was organized and accommodating from the start and provided an incredible BJJ experience in Santa Teresa. In addition to the training, the team was also incredibly helpful with planning excursions out to Montezuma, zip lining, and surfing lessons. I have no doubt that next year’s camp will be even bigger and better and I highly encourage anyone interested in traveling and BJJ to sign up! A truly unique and unforgettable getaway!

Discover Santa Teresa, Costa Rica's Best Kept Secret

This off-the-beaten path beach town offers the perfect mix of great surf, delicious food, friendly locals, and fun activities whether your goal is relaxation or adventure, all surrounded by unspoiled natural beauty and exotic wildlife.

Rollin in Costa Rica 2016 was a fantastic adventure. The top level BJJ teachers from both the US and from Costa Rica were incredible. The accommodations, food and location were top notch and beautiful. But the best part of the trip was the camaraderie and friendships with my teammates.

Get ready for tasty waves, creative kitchens and babes in board shorts and bikinis, because the southwestern corner of Península de Nicoya has all that and more. Which is why it’s become one of Costa Rica’s most life-affirming destinations.

With its pristine beaches, delicious seafood and cheery vibe, this town is the next great south-of-the-border destination.
